Custom built in 2025 our trailer is fully self‑contained, with the option to be powered by a quiet off‑grid battery system. So we can roll in, set up anywhere and start serving perfectly cooked steak and fries with minimal disruption to your event. It has a compact footprint with a sliding serving hatch to maximise space.
